Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OneStudio (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

OneStudio provides software for creating AI-generated images and videos, including storyboard, prompt, and editor tooling. We rely on third-party model providers (ByteDance, Kling AI, OpenAI, Google, and others) to perform the actual generation.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account. One person per account; sharing logins is not allowed for paid plans.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• Sexualizes minors, or that depicts non-consensual sexual content.
• Impersonates real people in a defamatory, harassing, sexual, or deceptive context without their consent (deepfakes).
• Promotes terrorism, organized violence, or graphic real-world gore.
• Incites violence, harassment, or hatred against a protected class.
• Infringes a third party's intellectual property or publicity rights.
• Violates applicable law, including export controls and sanctions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may share evidence of illegal activity with law enforcement.

4. Ownership of Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party model licenses, you own the generated images and videos you create with the Service for your own commercial and non-commercial use. You grant OneStudio a limited license to store, process, transmit, and serve back your content as needed to deliver the Service.

Generated outputs are produced by third-party models we don't control. We make no warranty that any given output is free from third-party IP or that any given prompt is safe to use commercially.

5. Billing & Tokens

Subscription plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Token packs are consumed on a metered basis when you generate content. Tokens are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, illegal activity, prolonged inactivity, non-payment, or business reasons (with reasonable notice). On termination we may delete your content after a grace period.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't warrant uptime, accuracy of generated outputs, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or surprising results — review every output before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneStudio's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneStudio from any claim arising out of content you create with the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OneStudio is incorporated, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the updated version here and email registered users on material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
